Setting the Stage for Creativity and Performance
This fully equipped, 47,000-SF facility provides a much-needed home to CCHS's band, choral, art, and theater disciplines, complete with performance-level stage lighting and fixtures and premium acoustical features to optimize sound throughout the space.
Also constructed for this project was a separate "black box" theater room, choral area, practice rooms, and additional space for the school's pottery, art, digital learning, and "maker" classes.

Built for Student Talent
The building is constructed of architectural precast concrete on three sides, with the walls surrounding the main theater consisting of combined structural steel framing and composite concrete decks. The front facade is almost entirely composed of ultra-clear curtain wall glazing mixed with wood and metal paneling, creating a seamless blend from the surrounding natural exterior to the warm and welcoming interior lobby space.
MACS’ Fine Arts Center is built to stand as a professional performance facility where CCHS students can showcase their various talents in a space that mirrors their caliber of skill. Complete with high-end lighting and sound controls, professional stage curtain system, and floating acoustical ceilings and wall panels, the facility is considered one of the premier performing locations in the area.
