Choate has been constructing in the Volunteer State for more than 20 years, beginning with a Georgia Pacific distribution center.

Experience throughout Tennessee has since included Hendrick Automotive dealerships, multi-family with the skyline stunners Icon in the Gulch and Rhythm at Music Row, corporate spaces like LKQ and Comcast, and exciting restaurants and retail like Superica and Crate & Barrel.

Choate is known for building incredible structures and spaces, but what we are equally proud of is our ability to build beyond construction.
