J.C. Lewis Primary Health Care Center, a non-profit organization that provides affordable healthcare to all, transforms an outdated sporting goods store into a modern, fully-functional medical facility.
The 14,100-SF patient care center provides a full range of primary, preventive, enabling, and supplemental medical healthcare, with space for dental procedures as well as lab, x-ray, ultrasound, optometry, pharmaceutical, psychiatric, and dietician services. It also serves as the new home for the JCLPHCC executive team.

Having the new facility available early allowed for a smooth transition for our staff which of great importance to our Board of Directors. The Choate team, simply put, delivered. They proved to the market that an older building can be adapted into viable and desirable patient care facility that serves the community that is the City of Savannah.
