Reimagining the car-buying experience for a repeat client through sleek dealership renovations
Constructing the Next Generation of Dealership Operations
As one of the first completed Honda Blue Stage images in the country, this project required a specialized coordination of trades to execute a full demolition of the building’s façade and incorporate a new steel canopy with ACM and exterior hardscapes. These coordination efforts allowed steel, concrete, lighting, and signage trade partners to work in concert while also maintaining the schedule and ensuring a safe, productive area for customers to enjoy the elevated car-buying experience Honda and Hudson Automotive provide.
Limiting Disruption Throughout Simultaneous Construction and Renovation
With both interior and exterior renovations occurring alongside ground-up construction in an occupied space, the project team created a detailed safety and logistics plan to minimize disruption to the client’s operations. As a result, the facility’s Services and Parts departments continued serving clients seamlessly throughout the dealership’s construction process.
