An article for the Nashville Business Journal recently shared that “one of the nation’s 10-biggest lenders is doubling down on Nashville.” Together with PNC Financial Services Group and Stream Realty Partners, Choate Construction readies Capitol View’s Radius building for PNC’s new regional headquarters.

Following 15,000 SF of interior renovations, PNC will soon double its footprint and call the 9th floor of this sophisticated, contemporary space home. With construction happening in an occupied space, minimizing disturbance and maintaining strong relationships with building tenants is key to the success of this project.

As PNC prepares to move into the new space in October of 2024, the Choate project team is already underway removing furniture and demolishing the existing space.
