American fast-casual restaurant Smashburger comes to Concourse A North at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. A full-service kitchen and point of sale is constructed to match Smashburger’s national brand with brick and wood accents. An exhaust hood is installed to support the commercial kitchen. Integrating the restaurant’s infrastructure into a space not originally intended for restaurant use and plus the busy airport setting require careful coordination from the team. Choate has also completed work at the Charleston International Airport.Contact
