Interior features of the hangar area include three five-ton bridge cranes each capable of spanning 36′-8″ at a travel speed of 75 feet per minute to allow for the easy transport of heavy equipment throughout the facility.

For security purposes, the building is equipped with a blast mitigation curtain wall system and construction requires full compliance with FAA and Department of Homeland Security requirements. Furthermore, this project incorporates Anti-Terrorism (AT) features to comply with AT regulations, physical security, and progressive collapse mitigation.

As an enhanced security feature, the building contains an interior armory vault system composed of 100% steel and made to withstand temperatures of 2300 degrees Farenheit for 60 minutes. In the event of fire, the hangar area includes a foam-water sprinkler system to protect the sensitive electrical components of the aircrafts, while all administrative/office areas include wet-pipe sprinkler systems. The office area is also equipped with packaged heating and cooling unit while the hangar area includes radiant heaters and roof-mounted exhaust fans for ventilation.

The project includes a full site development package with utility extension tie-ins.
