This two-phase, occupied renovation to an existing dealership and construction of a new building moves all customer-facing areas across the street. This permanent space expands the showroom, creates customer lounges, and adds new service areas. A second-floor mezzanine is added for extra office space. The dealership features a mix of flooring materials including porcelain tile, sealed concrete, VCT-tile flooring, carpet tiles, and area rugs. Custom millwork is installed in both the showroom and service areas.

Project Highlight
Occupied Renovation
The Service Department remains fully operational during multiple phases of this project. Phase 1 includes interior renovation of the Parts Department and construction of a new second floor slab on deck, increasing the overall square footage. Interior upgrades to the off-site sales building are performed simultaneously to prepare for the dealership to be vacated prior to the start of Phase 2 construction.
The exterior façade is demolished in Phase 2 to accommodate the expansion of the existing building footprint and new Service Drive addition. The surrounding façade is reconstructed featuring a combination of curtain wall, corrugated metal panels, ACM, and dri-design metal panels. Interior showroom, sales, and administrative spaces are fully renovated and receive new finishes to correspond with Audi’s brand standards.
