We're nearing completion at Little Rey in Raleigh,

We're nearing completion at Little Rey in Raleigh, NC! Working with repeat-client Rocket Farm Restaurants, the project team has been building out 3,500 SF of retail space to make way for renowned Chef Ford Fry's fast-casual, Northern Mexican-inspired restaurant, incorporating eye-catching countertops, custom woodwork, wood slat ceilings, an outdoor dining area, and a take out window.
Located in the up-and-coming area of town known as Iron Works, Little Rey will be opening its doors to the community in early December. We can't wait!

Camp Hall 8 is now complete! Three industrial ware

Camp Hall 8 is now complete! Three industrial warehouses totaling 1,423,000 SF now serve as a key logistics hub at Camp Hall commerce park in Ridgeville, SC. The park offers global access through strategic port connections, an onsite I-26 interchange, and railway access. Additionally, the 107-acre Campus 8 site will soon feature dual road connections, further enhancing connectivity.
We are grateful for the opportunity to continue building on our 33 years of partnership with @childressklein and bring this project to the area, marking our ninth project together in the Charleston area.
