An additional 650 spaces make up the bottom three precast levels and are owned by the City of Savannah for public parking. A central cast-in-place concrete podium is set into the city parking deck on the first two levels.

Sitting above this space, a wood-frame multifamily tower brings 305 luxury apartment homes to Eastern Wharf. One, two and three-bedroom layouts are available on the structure’s four residential floors, overlooking a podium-level pool, amenity deck, and fitness center. A street-level lobby entrance and management/leasing office are also included.
