Square Footage 78,000
Location Pine Mountain, GA
Situated in the picturesque town of Pine Mountain, this school was created thru the Lifeshape Foundation, which was founded by Truett Cathy, the founder of Chick-fil-A. Located across the street from the existing campus, Impact 360 is expanded on 17 acres to include a two-story 46,365 SF academic building, a two-story 24,880 SF residence hall, and a 6,548 SF maintenance building. To make room for the new buildings, 177 parking spaces are added. The two-story academic building offers multiple enrichment spaces to students including classrooms, kitchen and dining area, an indoor gym with a basketball court and fitness center, study areas, sound studio, gaming and social lounge, and an outdoor gathering area. Construction consists of structural steel, heavy timber, and light gauge framing. Curtainwall and storefront systems, stone veneer, and Trespa Pura rainscreen siding create the skin of the building. The fully adhered tapered TPO roofing system completes the exterior. High end finishes make up the interior of the academic building include lank ceilings, DIRTT wall systems, wood panel clouds, radius wood panel ceilings, serpentine ceilings, and tongue and groove decking.

The residence hall is a wood-framed structure that includes a heavy timber entrance canopy and structural steel throughout. The skin consists of stone veneer, cement board lap siding, curtain wall, storefront systems, and a 30-year asphalt shingle roof. The residence hall is made up of 34 units to house up to 72 students and includes common area lounges and kitchens, an outdoor basketball court, indoor and outdoor patios, and an outdoor grill and fireplace.

Similar to the other two facilities, the maintenance building is also a wood-framed structure with stone veneer and cement board siding exterior. A gabled asphalt shingle roof, wrap-around wood porch, two maintenance bays, office space, and a concession area complete the building.
