Decatur Christian Towers, a non-profit senior living complex, receives a renovation to the 14-story building originally constructed in 1972. Located near historic downtown Decatur, GA, the facility offers the advantages of city life with a small-town feel.
The community includes 216 affordable apartment homes with studio and one-bedroom floor plans. The renovation of the existing structure features several projects throughout the facility including converting 14 units to become ADA compliant. Renovations in the 540-SF units include updated restrooms, spacious closets, and cabinets and granite countertops throughout the kitchen. Fresh wall finishes and flooring are updated throughout the space.
Additionally, 1,293 windows are removed and replaced and 202 non-ADA units receive modern code-compliant electrical panels. The entire exterior is cleaned and sealed to prevent water damage.
