Exterior finishes for Kennesaw State University's stylish new dining hall include a mixture of stone, brick, stucco and glass, while interior spaces are colorful, modern, and user-friendly. The 51,000-SF steel structure provides multi-purpose dining with a full-service kitchen stocked full of state-of-the-art equipment. Nine different food venues include their own grills and food preparation areas to offer students unlimited options. On the second story, students find open-air terraces and private dining spaces, further enhancing the sophisticated, urban feel. The schedule for this project was extremely aggressive; from start to finish 10 months, in order to be ready for the upcoming school year.
