Rocky Mount Toyota updates their existing dealership with a complete overhaul of their showroom / sales facility to better align with Toyota’s current brand standards.  The showroom, adjoining customer lounge, service write-up, and office areas are demolished. An upgraded facility is constructed featuring a structural steel frame supported on shallow foundations.

An attractive façade wraps the perimeter and is primarily comprised of aluminum composite panels, EIFS and glazing. High-end finishes are installed throughout interior portions of the building.  The existing service department remains fully operational as the new showroom / sales facility is reconstructed requiring careful coordination to minimize any disruptions to the dealership.

In the second phase of the project, the service department is refreshed with LED high bay lights, paint, updated concrete floor sealer, roof repairs, and upgraded shop equipment.
