Reichenbach's iconic dealership receives a modern makeover with the full renovation of their Ford showroom to house a combined Ford-Lincoln showroom and service area. To prepare the Ford facility for renovation, sales personnel and administrative staff are relocated to temporary office trailers as asbestos abatement and demolition proceed. The existing stucco skin and roof are replaced with new ACM paneling, rooftop HVAC units, glass curtain walls and TPO roofing. As the exterior renovation proceeds, interior areas are reconfigured to put the focus on an improved customer experience. Existing sales offices and sales tower are re-organized while the remainder of the facility is fitted with new restrooms, breakrooms, a customer lounge, and support staff offices. Included with the interior renovation is the demolition and rebuilding of the service advisor's offices and retail parts center.
