Since 1958, Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC) has been enriching and enhancing the lives of seniors throughout the state. The Village at Summerville serves over 300 seniors on its nearly 90 acre campus. This project for PCSC's largest and oldest location adds new Skilled Nursing facilities to create a senior-friendly environment with comfort, convenience and safety of the utmost priority.

In an effort to upgrade its current service offerings and compete with neighboring communities, PCSC completes a 76,000 SF expansion to its founding campus. New Skilled Care facilities are added, combining both form and function to create a senior-friendly environment with comfort, convenience, and safety of the utmost priority.

Skilled Nursing with Personalized Care
The Skilled Care facility is purposely designed to provide freedom, dignity and security in tandem with quality. Two different one-bedroom style living options are provided in a peaceful, supportive community. Common areas feature a porte-cochere and administration suites, along with a bevy of amenities including a coffee shop, chapel, physical therapy, spa, and salon.
