The Space
Square Footage 31,000
Location Pensacola, FL
Repeat client Sonic Automotive Group and Choate team up once again to deliver Sonic Audi Pensacola on a 5-acre site in the westernmost city in Florida's panhandle region. With a deep understanding of Sonic Automotive's brand goals based on the existing strong partnership, the project team constructed this space to seamlessly facilitate Sonic and Audi's mission of creating a positive buying experience for their customers. As this mission extends to their online service offerings, the project team constructed a studio-level, in-house photo booth for Sonic Audi Pensacola to feature all of the cars they have in stock with crisp, eye-catching imagery.

Constructing a Space for Excellence in Dealership Services

Constructed of structural steel and CMU masonry, the building’s sleek exterior is attributed to a substantial glass curtainwall system highlighted with contemporary aluminum composite metal panels. Luxury finishes are found at every turn throughout the expansive showroom illuminated by a full LED lighting package. Metal accented ceilings, high gloss tile floors, and soft carpeting provide customers with a high-caliber backdrop to their purchasing experience.

An accommodating service department welcomes returning customers into a fully conditioned write up area with 12 advisor stations. A carwash is also constructed on site.
