Repeat client Nalley Lexus of Roswell undergoes a complete dealership renovation. Originally completed by Choate in 2010, Nalley Lexus of Roswell features a large showroom, administrative space, and pre-cast parking deck. Site renovations include all new LED lighting heads and treatment to existing asphalt. The façade of the building is upgraded to include structural steel and metal framing, a 14’ curtainwall system, MCM metal panels, and a 36’ tall blade wall with dealer signage that is sure to make a statement when seen from Mansell Road. Updated millwork and LED lighting fixtures enhance the interior customer service areas. Additionally, all exterior light fixture are upgraded to LED lighting per Asbury’s energy saving initiative.
