The 682-space precast deck is 234,192-SF and consists of a five-driving-bay, three-level deck with one level on grade and two elevated levels. The deck has the ability to expand by two additional levels in the future.
With its single, monolithic color and sandblasted accent panels, the deck matches the existing, adjacent office buildings. Glass accents at the elevator lobby and two entry portals complement the adjacent grand lobby structure that is being built concurrently in nearby office building.
The deck is supported by auger cast pile foundations and contains four driving entrances to the deck on two different levels. The deck includes infrastructure for a future car wash station and 30 electric vehicle charging stations.
Work outside of the deck includes milling, retopping, and restriping the adjacent 28,000 square yards of surface parking at the existing complex.
