Nestled in a scenic valley of the Southern Appalachian Mountains, Western Carolina University’s Nobel Hall accommodates an influx of students after adopting an on-campus living policy for all freshmen and sophomores. Centrally located on one of the most active corners of campus, the mixed-use residential hall provides students convenient housing and full-service dining, just steps away from academic buildings.

A Home Away from Home

The 120,571-SF building offers suite- and semi-suite style layouts with private and shared baths. Students feel right at home with impressive amenities including study rooms, lounges, laundry rooms, a large multi-purpose area, and kitchens for common use. Students and staff can enjoy a mix of businesses located in Nobel Hall including an outdoor recreation retailer, mini-mart, sandwich shop, and Chili’s Bar and Grill completed by Atlanta’s Choate Interior Construction team.
