St. John Street Parking Garage

This beautiful deck's façade is pre-cast, brick infill at the lower level with full-height brick infill at the corners of the building. The main feature is a brick encapsulated stair tower on the Southeast corner maximizing the amount of natural light entering the structure. The deck’s footings and slab are supported on deep foundations, such as rammed aggregate piers and grouted columns. The stairwells are enclosed with storefront glass and each include an elevator.
