One West Victory transforms a previously dilapidated city block, adding a four-level parking deck, 114 student-focused apartment homes, and two fully renovated late 19th century historic buildings.

One West Victory features 114 student-focused LEED Certified apartment homes, accompanying four-level precast parking deck, and the renovation of two late 19th century historic buildings, formerly of the Savannah Ice Company. These buildings are transformed into a restaurant with a rooftop space and a residential amenity building including a fitness center, leasing office, study hall, and student lounge.
