Phase I deck for Metropolitan at Midtown consists of a five-story deck which encompasses 904 spaces. The 349,500-SF facility services the attached 113,477-SF retail building with the primary anchor store, Target.Phase II
The second phase of structured parking for Metropolitan at Midtown consists of a six-story parking deck with of 1,032 spaces totaling 409,000 SF. The precast exterior has an integral thin brick system installed within it on the exposed elevation. The precast frame has concrete topping slabs and is situated 4-inches away from a 10-story office building, a six-story condo building and a two-story retail building. The structure features a Caisson foundation, two enclosed stairwells (one interior and one enclosed with curtainwall on two sides), a fire pump and the emergency generator for the entire site.Contact
