These award-winning suites features a kitchenette, shared bath, and private bedrooms; one, two, and four-bedroom units are offered. Contemporary, comfortable common areas consist of art galleries, television, game rooms, conference rooms, offices, and state-of-the-art computer labs. Students can stop in at The Hoot restaurant and café to get a bite to eat, Jittery Joes for a cappuccino, or Gateway, a convenience store.
The custom-designed and custom-lighted KSU logo atop the main tower and the brightly colored community rooms stacked below it act as a beacon for KSU’s vibrant, trendsetting student housing complex. The building is constructed with a hybrid framing system using metal stud panels and conventional wood framing with a truss joist floor system. The exterior uses a combination of brick and EIFS veneer, set up to look like townhouses.
