The North Deck at Innovation Park serves employees working in the north end of the 200-acre park. The three-level facility contains 1,200 spaces, three stair towers, and two elevators. Tenants are also provided with 12 electric car charging stations, supporting Innovation Park’s commitment to sustainability. Easy pedestrian access to the deck is achieved with a two-level bridge from the central atrium on the park.
The parking structure and the exterior spandrel panels are precast concrete, while approximately 987 feet of cast-in-place concrete is used in the retaining walls. The adjacent elevator lobby tower and bridge structures are steel frame with metal stud framed walls. The exterior cladding has punched storefront window openings with an exterior insulation and fi nish system (EIFS) veneer. These areas adorned with nice finishes throughout for the transition from the parking facility to the office buildings. Site lighting and all building lighting will be highly efficient LED lighting.
