Georgia Southwestern State University Student Housing

Phase 1a is comprised of two, three-story buildings with a total of 404 beds. The buildings also contain laundry facilities, computer labs, and multi-purpose areas. Floor plan options include one bathroom and two bedrooms or two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Seating areas are located along the corridors where students can gather.

The second phase includes one three-story building apartment-style student housing with four bedroom or four bed and two bath units as well as full kitchens with a total of 232 beds. The building contains laundry, computer labs, multi-purpose areas as well as wireless internet in these areas.
