Choate Construction Company partners with Seasons Living and Studio+ to deliver Wildcat Senior Living to the residents of Summerville. As the first South Carolina location, Wildcat Senior Living brings a new style of senior living to the Cane Bay area, featuring 144,000-SF of independent and assisted living spaces, a memory care facility, a full-service kitchen, and much more.

Connected to the Memory Care and Assisted Living facilities by breezeways, Wildcat’s Independent Living quarters include more than 57,000 SF of 1- and 2-bedroom apartment units.

Nestled in a 10-acre park, the 144,000-SF facility also houses a full-service kitchen, dining hall, and  dedicated rehabilitation services to provide residents with the all the care, comfort, and community they need. Also on the property is the 3,400-SF clubhouse, which features a crystal blue pool, pristine non-slip deck, and plenty of shade, as well as premium quartz countertops on the interior. Residents and guests can also enjoy a unique culinary experience at its onsite Independent Living restaurant through Wildcat Senior Living’s handcrafted sea-to-table menu.
