Developed by Dominion Realty Partners (DRP), and designed by Raleigh-based JDavis Architects, the massive 420,000-SF mixed-use FNB Tower @ 501 Fayetteville Street is the latest addition to the Raleigh skyline. Sleek design and opulent finishes delighted attendees at the recent grand opening celebration.

A striking facade of modern glass, metal skin, and vertical mirror glass fins rise 22-floors above street level. Interior features include 156,000-SF of Class-A office space, 11,000-SF of ground-level retail, and 239 luxury residential units with world-class amenities. Two outdoor Skydeck terraces, facing north and south, offer unparalleled views of North Carolina’s capital city.

Designed with low emissivity glass, water-saving fixtures, and recycled materials, the project is North Carolina’s first mixed-use dual green certified project. FNB Tower marks the fifth LEED-certified project on which DRP and general contractor Choate Construction Company have worked together.

Other team partners included Kimley-Horn, Uzun+Case, Lighthouse Engineering, and the City of Raleigh Development Projects Advocacy Group.
