Escent Research Park Brings 158,000 SF of Creative Office Space to Charlotte’s Growing University Area

Crescent Communities expands their presence in the Charlotte market with the addition of Escent Research Park.

This beautiful 4-story, 158,000-SF Class A creative office space adds to the growing University Research Park area of Charlotte, NC.

At the time of design and groundbreaking, the undeveloped 20-acre site will be home to the future speculative office building with sprawling 650+ space asphalt parking lot. The perimeter walls are precast concrete with a structural steel framing system. The exterior finish is a combination of painted precast and EIFS, with storefront and curtainwall.
