Construction of The Bowery Underway on Montgomery Street

Savannah, GA (March 22, 2016) – Choate Construction Company announces that construction of The Bowery at 515 Montgomery Street is now underway, bringing “niche” style apartments to downtown Savannah.

Developed by repeat client Lat Purser & Associates, The Bowery will bring 59 urban upscale apartments to the beautiful Historic District of Savannah. Located on Montgomery Street, the luxury apartment complex is conveniently located within walking distance of some of the city’s most popular bars, restaurants and shops. Totaling almost 67,000-SF, the gated four-story building will offer various living options ranging from 637-SF one bedroom units, to 1,026-SF two bedroom units. Interior features will include modern stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, walk in closets, and large private patios.

Designed by Beacham Bunce and Manley Architects, The Bowery will offer multiple unique amenities including an enclosed courtyard featuring a decorative fire pit and gas grill, 24/7 fitness room, dog washing station, bike rack storage facility and a one of a kind parlor. A wood-framed structure will support pre-finished mahogany siding, painted and unpainted brick façade, and decorative porch railings.

The Bowery is scheduled to complete in late 2016.
