Savannah, GA (March 22, 2016) – Choate Construction Company announces that construction of The Bowery at 515 Montgomery Street is now underway, bringing “niche” style apartments to downtown Savannah.

Developed by repeat client Lat Purser & Associates, The Bowery will bring 59 urban upscale apartments to the beautiful Historic District of Savannah. Located on Montgomery Street, the luxury apartment complex is conveniently located within walking distance of some of the city’s most popular bars, restaurants and shops.
