Choate Celebrates LKQ Nashville Milestone

Choate Construction Company and American auto parts company LKQ Corporation celebrate a construction milestone on May 2, 2018, with the placing of the final steel beam atop LKQ's new regional headquarters and operations center in Antioch, TN. The event also served as an appreciation event for the subcontractor teams who dutifully and safely complete the 103,000-SF structure.

The two-story steel frame with loadbearing tilt wall panel building will have the capacity to house up to 600 employees. The interior will feature extensive glass walls, a mix of open offices, management offices, conference rooms, huddle and team meeting spaces. Employees can enjoy cafe and dining spaces plus a two-story lobby and overlook with monumental staircase, glass railings, and branding millwork.
