Choate Begins New $31.6M Hyatt House Hotel in North Atlanta’s Hospital District

ATLANTA, January 22, 2020 – Vertical construction has begun on the nine-story, 186-key Hyatt House Atlanta Perimeter Center, to be located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The project fulfills a long-time need to bring lodging to Atlanta’s “Pill Hill” district and adds a Hyatt House hotel to the Legacy Ventures portfolio. The Hyatt House brand caters to extended-stay guests looking for more spacious accommodations and the comforts and conveniences of home.  Patients, families, and doctors will have an extended stay option within walking distance of Northside, St. Joseph’s and Scottish Rite Hospitals.

“Choate is honored to be involved with Legacy Ventures. We take sincere pride in working with developers who have a knack for generating notable hotel and hospitality construction projects that marry business growth, community connectivity, and an improved end-user experience,” said Ben Bunyard, Atlanta Division Manager at Choate Construction.
