Crosland Southeast and Nuveen Real Estate partner with Choate Construction Company to transform 12 acres in the heart of the Plaza Midwood neighborhood. The new mixed-use development, Commonwealth, will offer community members a bustling hub of apartments, mix of retailers and restaurants, and Class A office space.

Commonwealth is designed by BB+M Architecture, Axiom Architecture, Land Design, and 505 Design. The first phase will be delivered in the Spring of 2024.
