Building Envelope Specialists
Water infiltration is the number one cause of loss in construction – and it’s one of the most preventable. That’s why we have dedicated Building Envelope Specialists in-house, focused solely on protecting the project from preconstruction through delivery.

- Training project team members
- Creating building component mock-ups

Scheduling Support Specialists
At Choate, the people running the projects are the same ones planning it. Our operations teams own their schedules from the start, and they’re backed by an in-house scheduling team to support their delivery on every commitment.
