Wake Technical College North Campus Parking Deck

This project includes extensive sitework and infrastructure improvements designed to enhance campus access, functionality, and the overall student experience. The scope encompasses the construction of a three-lane roadway, stormwater retention pond, electrical and telecommunications duct banks, site lighting, sidewalks, and a bus-accessible cul-de-sac. Complementing these improvements, the parking deck serves as both a functional asset and a visual gateway to campus. Its exterior features perforated metal panels, aluminum composite panels, louvered grilles, and a glazed curtain wall that maximize shading, reflect the surrounding landscape, and create a welcoming arrival experience.
