Enhanced Performance Spaces
At the core of the project is a high-performance fitness facility designed to enhance training and athlete development. A 4,000-SF office space provides additional room for staff and administrative functions, while increased spectator seating improves the guest experience during swim meets and other major events.
Together, these additions create a more complete support environment for both daily programming and high-volume regional competitions.
Durable by Design
The expanded facility is constructed with structural steel and topped with a thermoplastic polyolefin roofing system selected for durability and long-term efficiency. The roof’s UV-resistant performance helps reduce cooling costs and is noted for exceeding EPA Energy Star requirements, aligning the project with practical, high-performing building solutions. These material choices support the demands of an active athletic facility while contributing to long-term operational value.
Supporting a Growing Campus
Site improvements played an important role in the overall expansion, with a larger parking area and retaining wall added to better accommodate visitors during major regional events. Those upgrades help the campus manage increased attendance while improving convenience and circulation for athletes, families, and spectators.
