Nicklaus Clubhouse Renovation (28,000 SF)

The community’s largest amenity, the Jack Nicklaus Clubhouse, received a comprehensive refresh spanning just over 28,000 SF, completed within a demanding four-week window to meet club programming and event needs, including a previously scheduled golf tournament and weddings. Nearly all areas were transformed with fresh painting schemes, updated wood and carpet flooring, and improved decorative lighting, delivering a modernized space for members without disrupting operations.

Amenities Expansion (32,000 SF)

This multi-phase expansion elevated the entire campus with renovations in four components: The renovation and expansion of the Dye Clubhouse, the addition and conversion of the administration building that transformed it into the new Athletic Center, the addition of the Tennis Center at Foot Point, and the relocation of the administrative offices to the existing fitness center in the Nicklaus Clubhouse.

Amenities Expansion

Dye Clubhouse Additions & Renovation

The three-story Dye Clubhouse overlooking Pete Dye Golf Course and Chechessee River received major additions and renovation. Highlights include a full kitchen renovation, new bar and lounge with operable windows to covered porches, conversion of third-floor attic space into a members-only bar and roof top patio, the addition of a community room, and fresh finishes throughout.

Administration Building Addition & Conversion

This project renovated the administration building connected by a second-floor bridge to a new two-story athletic center. Features include spa treatment rooms, exercise spaces, group fitness areas, a full-service kitchen, and café overlooking the fully renovated pool. The team converted the existing tennis courts to pickleball and added a multi-use fun court and bocce courts.

Tennis Center at Foot Point

The team constructed a new state-of-the-art tennis center with pavilion and six clay courts to create The Tennis Center at Foot Point, which is strategically located between the Nicklaus and Dye Clubhouses.

Once the new Athletic Center was fully occupied, the team renovated the existing fitness center within the Nicklaus Clubhouse and converted it into the new administrative offices.
