The Holbrook of Woodstock

Residents enjoy fine dining, a wellness center, indoor lap pool, performing arts center, cinema, coffee bar, climate-controlled wine room, pet grooming station, and hydrotherapy facility. Thoughtfully designed shared spaces create opportunities for relaxation, recreation, and connection.

The project combines wood framing and load-bearing metal stud construction, requiring careful coordination of waterproofing, structural joints, and exterior finishes. Extensive sitework included rerouting natural springs, utilities, and stormwater systems while preserving the surrounding ecosystem. Synthetic stone, brick, cement siding, decorative fencing, and varied rooflines create a cohesive campus.
