The Cypress of Charlotte sits on 63 well-manicured acres in the SouthPark neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Residents enjoy gardening, nature trails, water features, complete healthcare for all stages of life, home ownership, and the bustling action of Charlotte just minutes away.
For this particular project, an existing pool house on campus is demolished, allowing a redesigned wellness center to be constructed in its place. The wellness center features a pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, and basketball court that easy transitions into a pickleball court if desired.
