The Barclay

This Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of the upscale South Park neighborhood. An 8-story, 308-unit facility is constructed on a concrete frame with exterior skin components of stone, brick and exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) accents.  Common space throughout the CCRC combines for a total of 40,000 SF encompassing multi-purpose rooms, fine dining areas, terraces, a bistro, fitness areas and spa.
