A welcoming entry canopy hangs over the polished, aluminum-framed storefront system for this MOB. Inside the front doors, guests are greeted by porcelain tile flooring and custom wooden ceiling panels.
The building provides 45,600 SF of space to tenants. The first and second floor buildouts are completed for tenant Roper St. Francis, while the third floor remains fully customizable for future tenants.
The foundation system consists of earthquake drains and shallow spread footings. Conventional structural steel with chevron bracing balance the structural components. The eye-catching exterior combines brick, stucco, and cast-stone masonry.
Multiple practices occupy the first two floors including oncology, orthopedics, physical therapy, and multi-specialty physicians. Notable features on the second floor include an in-house pharmacy and an infusion lab for chemotherapy patients treated on site.
