Purpose-built for assisted living and memory care, construction required careful coordination of life-safety systems, accessibility standards, and specialized building components unique to senior living environments. Built on a former landfill site, the project required significant below-grade remediation due to buried asphalt, concrete, stumps, and organic material. Crews remediated unsuitable soils to depths of up to 30 feet and installed aggregate piers where existing soil conditions could not support the building foundations.
