Resident-Centered Design
Located on 5.6 acres with convenient access to healthcare, retail, and family-centered amenities, the community offers private residences, shared dining venues, activity rooms, wellness spaces, administrative offices, and secure outdoor courtyards designed to encourage engagement and independence. Interior spaces emphasize natural light, clear wayfinding, and hospitality-inspired finishes that create a warm residential feel while supporting daily care operations.

Built for Senior Living
Purpose-built for assisted living and memory care, construction required careful coordination of life-safety systems, accessibility standards, and specialized building components unique to senior living environments. The completed facility strengthens Sugar Hill’s growing continuum of care, delivering a durable, high-quality community tailored to resident comfort, staff efficiency, and long-term operational success for local families.

Turning Unstable Ground into Buildable Space
Built on a former landfill site, the project required significant below-grade remediation due to buried asphalt, concrete, stumps, and organic material. Crews remediated unsuitable soils to depths of up to 30 feet and installed aggregate piers where existing soil conditions could not support the building foundations.
