Aspire at Hamilton Mill offers 89 individual apartment units of varying size and layout to match each resident’s lifestyle. The two-story facility neighbors Arbor Terrace at Hamilton Mill, completed by Choate in 2014. Interior features of each unit include luxury vinyl tile flooring in kitchen and living room areas and carpet in bedrooms and closets. Wood base crown molding adds a traditional feel to the kitchen and living room areas. Bathrooms are accented with full tile showers and glass shower doors plus ceramic tile floor. Residents are able to make each apartment their own with a full kitchen and private patio in every unit.  

Residents are able to remain active through numerous amenities including an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor fitness equipment, billiards, a physical therapy room, outdoor walking trails and dog park, and bocce ball court. In addition to the full kitchens in each unit, Aspire at Hamilton Mill residents are offered various dining options including a kitchen with open or private dining, a bar / bistro, and hospitality bar. Multiple common areas with seating and gas fireplaces, a television / movie viewing room, craft shop, salon, and library create spaces of relaxation.
