The main building houses 174 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units in addition to common and amenity spaces. The structure of the main facility includes a central 28,000-SF concrete podium, which houses the common and amenity areas of the building. The two independent living wings are Type V stick-frame and total 110,000 SF. The third wing is constructed of load-bearing metal studs and hollow-core plank with light-gauge metal roof trusses. The main building’s exterior combines synthetic stone watertable with cement shakes, panels, and siding above.
