This two-story facility offers the best quality of life for both assisted living and memory care residents, each located in separate wings and separated by lush courtyards and sunny patios. The memory care unit contains 50 individual apartments of varying size and layout with four centralized community sitting areas, nursing stations, and dining areas overlooking the patio and courtyard. The assisted living residences contain 40 units of varying size, including some layouts with a private patio. Each unit has its own dining area. Other community amenities include a theater, garden room, multi-purpose room, rehabilitation area, separate salons for memory care and assisted living, library, private dining, full-service kitchen with walk-in cooler and freezer, and country kitchen café.

The building’s design marries a robust structure with a high-end exterior skin and premium interior finishes. The structure’s construction consists of light gauge structural studs, an elevated hollow core plank second floor, and metal roof trusses. Skin construction consists of shingle/metal roofing, brick, stone, and stucco.

Interior construction features built-in wood cabinetry, granite surfaces, a combination of hard and soft flooring surfaces, and decorative wall and ceiling treatments.
