Food Truck Appreciation Lunch for Mankiewicz Subcontractors

After countless man hours on the impressive 62,750-SF Mankiewicz Coatings Production Facility in Charleston, SC, a well-deserved thank you is due. With the help of Charleston Caribbean Creole, a Charleston food truck favorite, subcontractors enjoyed delicious cuisine served on the fly. Dishes like Lowcountry Gumbo Creole, Cuban Ropa Vieja, and Papaya BBQ Jerk Chicken were just a few entrees served in appreciation of the hard work and dedication it has taken the team to meet the fast-tracked schedule.

The new facility consolidates Mankiewicz Coatings’ research and development, customer training, and manufacturing and shipping departments into three adjoined structures on a 5.25-acre site in the Charleston Regional Business Park. The move allows the company to double production and provides faster access to shipments from its parent company in Hamburg, Germany through the Charleston Port of entry.
