German Manufacturer Breaks Ground on Expansion Facility

German-based manufacturer SAERTEX multiCom broke ground on its expansion facility. This 113,000-SF expansion is located adjacent to their existing facility and provides necessary growth opportunity for SAERTEX multiCom’s manufacturing capacity. With an investment of $25 Million, SAERTEX plans to create over 45 new jobs at the facility over the next five years. The expansion facility is expected to deliver Summer 2021.

The project team includes Choate Construction, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, CBRE, Oak Engineering, and McVeigh & Mangum Engineering, Inc.
