Originally constructed by Choate in 1997, Sugarloaf brings its classic clubhouse into its next era.
Located on 1,200 acres of picturesque Georgia countryside, TPC Sugarloaf is a private golf club within the gated community of Sugarloaf Country Club. Upgrades to the first and second floors of the Lifestyle Center include updated flooring, windows, and doors. Restrooms are fully renovated and the front of the building is expanded to include a larger commercial kitchen and seating area.
TPC Sugarloaf’s two-story tennis pavilion also undergoes a renovation with the demolition of the entire second floor, new roof installation, and the build-out of two restrooms. The addition of a patio overlooking the tennis courts allows guests to take a break and enjoy watching a match.
Following the Lifestyle Center & Tennis Center, Choate completed a renovation to the what is now known as the Clubhouse.
