Agility Fuel Systems is the leading provider of highly-engineered and cost effective natural gas fuel systems for heavy duty commercial vehicles.  This build-to-suit facility is constructed to support Agility Fuel Systems' growing share of this market sector.  This facility transforms raw materials into fuel unit assemblies and then installs them into fleet vehicles. The project consists of a 204,000-SF facility containing testing, manufacturing, assembly and office areas.  An architectural load-bearing tilt wall with structural steel roof frame and high performance slab design are used to construct the shell. A cutting-edge paint facility is contained within this industrial building to apply the multiple coatings needed for each of the various fuel assembly components. The project is master-planned to allow for an additional 100,000-SF expansion to account for planned future growth.
