This pet-friendly, boutique community offers a combination of studio suites and one- and two-bedroom open floor plans with luxury vinyl tile and carpet flooring as well as Daltile Quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Amenities include bike storage and fitness studio on the first floor and a community courtyard on the fourth floor, complete with pedestal pavers, firepit, outdoor kitchen, and indoor seating for entertaining.

Inspired Interior Designs
The building’s interior design is inspired by Savannah’s famous jazz lyricist, Johnny Mercer, who wrote “Skylark” in 1941. Finishes include art deco light fixtures, jazz-themed wall art, and contemporary décor.
From start to finish, the project ran very smoothly which is a testament to the leadership of Choate's employees. The administration of the overall project was very team-oriented and competently performed at all levels and phases.

Detailed Exteriors
Sitting atop a post-tension podium slab, exterior finishes include a combination of brick façade, stucco, and siding with a bronzed Quaker storefront. The apartment building also offers enclosed, covered parking spaces for residents.
